Netball

About the Program

The Netball Program is part of the Targeted Sports Program (TSP) of Endeavour Sports High School.  Students are offered the opportunity to combine academic studies with training at school. Students are exposed to specialized coaching in all aspects of Netball including core skills, specialist skills such as shooting, centre court and circle defending, and strength and conditioning such as aerobic fitness, speed and agility, muscular endurance and flexibility.  Students will have the opportunity to develop their skills, physical attributes and understanding of the game.  Continual monitoring of players occurs throughout the program with individual testing in all components related to Netball.
